How It Works

1. Log in to your Xpress Bill Pay account or create one.
2. View your water bill and choose a payment method: credit card, debit card, or electronic funds transfer.
3. Enter your payment information and follow the prompts to complete your payment.

You'll receive an email reminder each month when your bill is available online.
